Welcome to Sequoia Aerial Gym and Boutique! We specialize in aerial art fitness with many classes to choose from and apparatus options. Try aerial fitness for yourself and gain strength, stamina and confidence. No experience needed. All body types welcome. We offer small classes to ensure individual instruction for each participant. We recommend taking 2-6 classes a week for best results. Consistency is key to aerial success. We offer amazing classes for pole dance, aerial lyra, aerial hammock, aerial flying pole, balance, flexibility and more! Private lessons, private parties, class package plans and unlimited 45 day memberships available. Classes can also be purchased individually.
